Who they are
GB Fine Art Photography is the culmination of its two founding photographers, Kirsty Gilbert-Browning & Jason Browning.
Upon meeting they united as a photographic couple equally obsessed with the discovery of the photographic image.
From 2004 to 2010 this photographic couple was running Gilbertbrowning Studios, a successful commercial studio in Philadelphia, USA. Refocusing their attention to Fine Art they traded in the city life for the rolling hills of the South West of England. Offering Fine Art and Commercial photography services, GB Fine Art Photography was established in 2011 in Stoke Gabriel, Devon
Kirsty
Her passion for art originates from the influences of her childhood in a small village on the south coast of England.
She travelled to the United States and received a scholorship to attend University of the Arts, in Philadelphia. Nurturing her artistic talent she graduated with honors.
Must have peanut butter sandwiches.
Loves the freedom of the water.
Likes to drive with the window down at all times.
Jason
Started his career at a professional print house, where he obtained working knowledge of professional labs, digital work flow and colour management.
Having established a solid reputation as a digital technician he refocused his concentration from print to the camera.
Would rather be on a boat than dry land.
Would rather camp than be inside.
Would rather be with camera in hand.
What they do
Travelling to many beautiful places and photographing for the last decade they have created collections of images from all over the world. Their artwork is available for purchase direct by contacting the Studio or from their Online Store. They continue to discover the world around them through their photography, with a quiet style they capture a unique view of the world that surrounds us. Continuing to offer Commercial Photography their services include Architectural Interior & Exterior Photography, Product Advertising Photography and Corporate & Editorial Portraiture.
