We photograph small to medium objects on at our studio in Devon. Larger objects can be shot on location.

Artist Portfolio
Create a solid representation of your art form. Photographing all types of work from painting, ceramics, metalwork, glass to woodworking. 
Create a portfolio that leaves a lasting impression on your audience. If you pieces are to big to get to our studio we can offer a mobile studio set up. This can be at the client's site or in another suitable location.
Images can be used for web sites, on-line directories, advertisments, gallery submissions & articles.
We offer 3 levels of service
White Backdrop:
Products photographed on a white background generally with a natural shadow.
Styled Backdrop:
Products photographed on a color backdrop or in a basic setting.
Equipment
We are currently using ®Hasselblad's H4D-60 medium format digital camera. This camera is equiped with a 60 megapixel sensor, low distortion wide angle lens, 1:1 macro lens & shift tilt capabilities. We photograph tethered to a 17" Mac laptop for instant client viewing. We find this powerful, creative camera system to be an essential tool for fully capturing your product. This ensures every image is of the highest file quality and the sharpest detail.
Our in house digital studio is outfitted with the latest PowerMacs & image manipulation software on the market. We are able to process hi res digital captures and deliver processed files to any size & specification.

Rates & Usage
GB Fine Art Photography bids all Product and Advertising photography on a per quote basis. Pricing is determined by the complexity of the shoot. However approximate pricing is given below.
Pricing includes photography, editing, standard retouching and enhancement. Any additional intensive retouching required is quoted upon request.

Clipping Paths
What is a clipping path & why would I need one?
To isolate a photographed object from its background you may require a clipping path. If you intend on using a product shot that will need to be placed on a different colour, or on top of another image a clipping path is useful. A clipping path allows anything within the path to be seen; anything outside of it is excluded. For more information on clipping paths. Contact us.

Delivery
All proofs are delivered electronically in a password protected account.
All images are delivered with a standard license for image reproduction. Our standard licence includes Unlimited Web Use & UK based, small run (500 & under) reproductions. Additional Reproduction rights are based upon how often and how widely photographs are to be used for marketing and advertising needs.
